Our Impact

Meet Sandra. Sandra has been an LPN at Water’s Edge for 17 years. Sandra states that her longevity here is based on heartfelt reasons. She shared that all of the benefits we have are fabulous, especially our new Employer Contribution. There are so many reasons that bring Sandra to work every day, one being that the staff truly care about each other, which also carries over to the residents becoming part of the Water's Edge family.

Meet Michele. Michele has been a CNA at Water’s Edge for 26 years and has dedicated her entire CNA career to The Memory Care Unit here. Her residents have become an extension of her family. Michele comes to work for her residents and loves that we are all a team here. Michele also loves working within her own community.

Meet Angela. Angela has worked at Water’s Edge as our Nursing Unit Secretary for 18 years, and she considers the staff here her family. Angela loves working here simply because she loves helping people. The family feel here carries over to all residents and their families as well. We can always count on Angela to lend a helping hand when it comes to our residents needs.

Tuition Reimbursements

For eligible graduates of nursing programs, we’ll help you with your student loan repayments. Eligible employees can receive up to $5,000 each year!

Eligibility Requirements:

  • You are an active employee in good standing and working at least 32 hours per week (pro-rated for part-time employees)
  • You have worked continuously for the past six months
  • You have completed an accredited school of nursing program and received licensure in that program’s state
  • Your federal student loan debt has been accrued by becoming a nurse
